Returns Policy

Bulldog Folding Trailers policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


If the product is found to be defective,  Bulldog Folding Trailers will firstly offer you a replacement part to remedy the issue or defect.  If you choose not to have Bulldog replace this part or parts for you,  (at no cost) then we ask that the  return freight is paid for by the customer.  Please keep your packaging in the case of a return or refund within the 30 day returns period.

Terms of Service

The warranty and disclaimer form must be signed by both the retailer (seller of the product) and the customer. This signed document is to be held on file by the retailer or customer. All warranty claims will be void if a copy is not sighted by Bulldog Folding Trailers Pty Ltd when a warranty claim arises.

Any failure of the trailer will be dealt with in compliance with Australian Consumer Law. This includes remedying minor failures at the suppliers costs, but does NOT include bearing costs of returns for items that are repairable and whose failure does not constitute a major failure.
