Shipping Policy

All trailers will be shipped according to the shipping instructions provided by the customer. When the customer receives the invoice from Bulldog Folding Trailers – it is up to the customer to check and ensure the delivery details are correct. If a package is not received due to customer error and the product is returned to our warehouses, Bulldog Folding Trailers will contact the customer for the correct address and then reship the order and charge the customer for the extra shipping.

The freight company requires that access to your delivery destination is accessible by a large truck. If your property is not suitable for delivery, the items will be taken to your nearest depot and collected from there. Please let us know ahead of time. If the delivery is futile – you will be charged a futile delivery charge and the goods taken to the nearest depot anyway.

Back Orders

Bulldog Folding Trailers is growing, and keeping our warehouses stocked with new trailers is challenging! If when we receive an order stock is unavailable, the customer will have the option of keeping their order in backorder status. The advantage of maintaining a backorder with us is that you are guaranteed higher priority for shipment when new stock arrives to the warehouse. You will be contacted by Bulldog Folding Trailers when the stock arrives into the warehouse.

Transit Insurance

Freight costs charged by Bulldog Folding Trailers DO NOT include transit insurance. It is up to the individual to obtain a one off transit insurance policy if they feel they want it. We are unable to provide this insurance.

Terms and Conditions

The warranty and disclaimer form must be signed and sent to Bulldog Folding Trailers upon receiving the trailer. Warranty claims may be deemed void if a copy is not sighted by Bulldog Folding Trailers.  ‘Any failure of the trailer will be dealt with in compliance with Australian Consumer law. This includes remedying minor failures at the suppliers costs but doe NOT include bearing costs of returns for items that are repairable and whose failure does not constitute a major failure.’
